Charlotte & Dom Wedding Preview
Pampas Grass Wedding in Bedfordshire
Congratulations to Charlotte & Dom who got married at The Barns Hotel in Bedfordshire at the end of June. Pampas, pampas and more pampas was the running theme throughout their wedding, mixed with beautiful fine art florals and it looked OH SO GOOD.
Their wedding was super relaxed and intimate starting with some beers in the grounds for the boys while the girls got ready inside the hotel with nibbles, bubbly and great morning tunes. Charlotte’s bridal details were heavenly and included a borrowed hairband that her mum Louise wore on her wedding day.
They even had a very excitable visit from their fur baby on the day, the ‘best dog’ 🙂
This wedding was extra special for me to be a part of as our parents have known each other for years, as we have both lived in the same childhood house in Bushey! Congratulations to Charlotte, Dom and their two lovely families xx
Bianca & Mat Wedding Day Preview
Wedding in the Staffordshire Countryside
Congratulations to Bianca and Mat who had the most fabulous and utterly bonkers wedding day at Bianca’s family home in Kniver, Staffordshire. The day began at the Dunsley Hall Hotel where the bridal party spent the morning getting ready to the scent of Jo Loves with a lot of pampering and laughter.
Bianca wore her hair down in a loose relaxed do by Issey Cook at Larry King and natural makeup by Aimee Morrison from Bobbi Brown. She wore a gorgeous Suzanne Neville dress, ‘those’ Carrie Bradshaw blue shoes and Kiki Mcdonough earrings to complete her bridal look.
Mat and the boys wore traditional 3 piece suit and tails and once ready, headed to the pub for a beer before the ceremony at St Peter’s Church. After a beautiful ceremony, everyone headed back to Dunsley Manor, Bianca’s family home for drinks, canapés and entertainment from Joe Glynn on Sax.
The couple created fun ‘party packs’ for all guests which were on their tables once guests took their seats. Inside were a mix of fluorescent party props and instruments which the guests played in tandem along to Avicii Levels as Bianca and Mat entered the marquee for dinner. It was WILD and so much fun!
After 3 fantastic speeches, the couple and their guests partied the night away to the sounds of Showband Supreme.
What a fantastic and fun filled day!! Thank you so much for letting me part of it all 🙂
Ashley & Will Wedding Day Preview
Jewish Wedding at Ditton Manor
The lovely Ashley & Will got married at Ditton Manor last week and it was AMAZING!! They planned their day alongside Natalie Ellen Weddings to make sure they got the legal formalities completed so they could have a wonderful Jewish Wedding with a LOT of fun and dancing!!
I arrived at Ditton Manor to be greeted by a very happy and excited Ashely, who was having her hair and make up done by none other than the fab Bridal Dream Team, Gavin and Nadia (legends!). The was beautiful and we had a glorious view outside to admire the grounds and watch Poppy Wild Flowers work her magic with The Chuppah for the outdoor ceremony.
Once Ashley was ready, we ventured outside for a First Look with Will, followed by family and couple photos. We then had their legal ceremony to make things ‘official’ and then the couple relaxed together in private while their guests began to arrive for their canapé and drinks reception. Guests were then called to their seats for the Jewish Ceremony where both Bride & Groom came down the aisle with parents. After lovely blessings, and sips of wine, Will broke the glass and they were married! Hooray!!
Everyone made their way to the marquee where drinks were waiting for them, and the couple were announced in for their first dance to open the dance floor! Delicious food was served followed by fantastic speeches from both Mothers, Bride and Groom.
I love that their day was arranged in a different way to a generic wedding timeline, and I now know why they wanted to open the dance floor early as the couple, theirs friend’s and family LOVE to dance!! 🙂
Thank you so much for having me xx
Steph & Nick Wedding Day Preview
Black Tie Wedding at Chiswick House & Gardens
Congratulations to Steph & Nick, who after postponing 5 times,, FINALLY got to celebrate their wedding at Chiswick House & Gardens. Their wedding was a gorgeous summer pastel and black tie wedding, with gorgeous flowers by Mary Jane Vaughan.
The couple had their legal ceremony back in 2020 which I also had the privilege of capturing but wanted to wait to have their ‘big’ day with everyone they loved and cared about. They had a beautiful ceremony in the conservatory at Chiswick House, which was performed by their friend and usher. The couple also wrote personal vows which were so beautiful there was not a dry eye in the house! Drinks and canapés were served outside and guests were entertained by a string quartet and an amazing magician! Once seated for dinner, there were many lovely speeches and a LOT of loud ‘yam seng’, and everyone then danced the night away to some epic music from Londons DJ.
Biggest Congratulations Steph & Nick, thank you for having me xxx
